Hi everyone
Isabella will be 9 wks old tomorrow and we will be going in to her pediatrician's office to get her 2 month shots : ( Although we are not looking forward to it, we'll be happy to get over this hurdle and move on, everyone's gotta do it. It is amazing to see how much she has changed since my last post at 6 wks. At about 7 wks, she finally started smiling at James and I with recognition rather than the little smiles in her sleep or gas smiles, whichever. It absolutely melts my heart to see her recognize my face and smile. She is already cooing and making a lot of sounds; not just short blurts either..it seems she's already got her own language going and she's loud too! She's a very happy baby and she pretty quickly graduated to getting up only once during the night, woohoo! She's even slept through the whole night a couple times, which gives me great anticipation for when that's the norm.
